This policy explains what personal information Al-Khaliq Construction (Al-Khaliq Investments CC, Ondangwa, Namibia) collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address (if given), town, project type and message. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you share there.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you become a client, to manage your project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Quote requests are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both process data on our behalf to provide these services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep business records, then delete them.
